AN EXPERIENCED TEAM

The ENTAX team brings big firm consulting experience to a boutique, client-centric firm with hands-on client experience with SR&ED claims in all sizes. Don't trust your SR&ED claim to inexperienced, fly-by-night, or self-taught practitioners. We are not a "one man shop" or a large anonymous firm. We pride ourselves on the quality of the people we work with and the experience we bring to our clients.

As SR&ED experienced practitioners, we have been formally trained in being high-quality SR&ED consultants and have dealt with claims of all sizes - from large, publicly traded multinational corporations to early stage start ups. Our team consists of the following roles: Project Managers, Sr. Technology Consultants, Technical Writers, Project Coordinators and Financial Accountants.

RYAN PERNIA

Ryan is the Principal of ENTAX and founded the firm in 2014. Ryan is a seasoned SR&ED and technology funding professional with 15 years of dedicated SR&ED experience having worked for 2 Big-7 accounting firms as a Sr. Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of SR&ED claims for companies large and small. He prides himself on a diverse understanding of different technologies and business models and is acutely aware of the challenges of growing technology businesses. He also has 10 additional years of industry software development experience.

Ryan leads the ENTAX team consisting of technologists, accountants and project managers. His area of expertise are IT, Software, Electronics and Interactive industries.  Ryan lives in Vancouver and is active in the local technology community as both an investor and advisor to early stage technology companies.
