Our Story
In 2014, Ryan Pernia founded ENTAX out of a need for a specialized service that provided focused and quality SR&ED tax credit services in Canada. Today, our team of experts represent skilled scientists, engineers, technologists, and accounting tax specialists.
Over the last 10 years, we’ve been working together to combine engineering and tax expertise and offer leading SR&ED tax credit consulting using our unique and effective SREDmax method. We pride ourselves in our expertise in providing the highest quality services while putting your interests at the forefront of everything we do.

Meet Ryan Pernia
Founder of ENTAX
Ryan Pernia is a seasoned SR&ED and technology funding professional with 15 years of dedicated SR&ED experience having worked for two accounting firms as a senior manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of SR&ED claims for small to large companies.
Ryan prides himself on a diverse understanding of different technologies and business models and is acutely aware of the challenges of growing technology businesses. He also has 10 additional years of industry software development experience. He lives in Vancouver and is active in the local technology community as both an investor and advisor to early-stage technology companies.
